Primula veris Cowslip is a relative of the popular primrose, but looks quite different! During the spring it becomes smothered in chunky tubular flowers that are a vibrant yellow and rather attractive. These are held in clusters on stalks above the mounded foliage. Cowslip has some fantastic other uses – mainly to make a fine bottle of cowslip wine, as far back as the 1700’s!

The plant’s growth rate and size will vary depending on planting position & conditions.
