David Austin ‘Roald Dahl’ Apricot English Shrub Rose Plant 6Ltr Pot

David Austin ‘Roald Dahl’ features soft orange-red buds that open into medium-sized, cupped rosettes of perfect apricot colouring. These roses are extremely robust and emit a lovely fruity Tea fragrance. Very healthy, the plant matures into an attractive, rounded, bushy shrub with few thorns. Named to mark the centenary of Roald Dahls birth, with the approval of his wife, Liccy Dahl, this roses colouring is reminiscent of the eponymous peach in James and the Giant Peach. Sales of this rose have raised 100,000 for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity.

For almost 60 years, David Austin Roses have been grown on their family farm in Shropshire.
